Receive a monthly check for life with Federal government programs.
This can be done with a federally insured and regulated program called a Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM) that allows the homeowner to convert the value of his/her home into a cash pension for life, ranging from about $700 to more than $2,500 per month, depending on the home value and age of the homeowner. Please call (305) 271-7719 to receive more detailed information.
